Mary Berry served up a delicious lemon and cherry millefeuille with puff pastry and lemon curd on A Mary Berry Christmas.
The ingredients are: flour, for dusting, 320g pack ready rolled puff pastry, 180g cherry jam, 300ml double cream, 4 tbsp lemon curd and 1 lemon, juice and zest.
For the glaze: 150g icing sugar and lemon juice.
