Jamie Oliver served up a delicious chocolate arctic roll with clementine flavoured ice cream and cranberries on Jamie’s Cook-Ahead Christmas.
The ingredients for the clementine ice cream: 4 clementines, 600ml double cream and 1 x 397g tin of condensed milk.
For the sponge: unsalted butter, for greasing, 3 large free-range eggs, 100g golden caster sugar, plus extra for dusting, 75g plain flour and 25g quality cocoa powder, plus extra for dusting.
For the filling and topping: 350g cranberry sauce, ½ x 157g chocolate orange, milk or white chocolate, to decorate and cocoa powder, for dusting.
