John Torode and Lisa Faulkner Christmas stuffing cauliflower and gravy carrots recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a tasty Christmas stuffing cauliflower and gravy carrots on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients for the Christmas Stuffing Cauliflower are: 1 medium cauliflower, leaves removed, 2 tsp marmite, A small bunch of fresh thyme, plus extra for garnishing, 1 170g pack of Paxo stuffing, 2-3 tbsp crème fraiche or vegan version, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, Olive oil and Parmesan, or cheese of your choice for grating.

For the Gravy Carrots: 12 (600g) carrots, peeled and left whole , Butter and 2 tsp gravy granules of your choice.
