John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty smoked salmon and seeded soda bread with horseradish cream on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: Seeded Soda Bread, 200g wholemeal flour , 275g strong white flour or plain flour, plus extra for sprinkling, 1 generous tsp of bicarbonate of soda, 2 or 3 pinches of salt, 420ml buttermilk , 1 tsp of honey and 1 tbsp of each sesame seeds, poppy seeds, caraway seeds, fennel seeds, nigella seeds.
For the horseradish cream : 50g fresh horseradish, grated , 10ml white wine vinegar or lemon juice, 200ml crème fraîche , ½ onion, Salt and pepper.
