John Torode and Lisa Faulkner smoked salmon and seeded soda bread recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty smoked salmon and seeded soda bread with horseradish cream on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: Seeded Soda Bread, 200g wholemeal flour
, 275g strong white flour or plain flour, plus extra for sprinkling, 1 generous tsp of bicarbonate of soda, 2 or 3 pinches of salt, 420ml buttermilk
, 1 tsp of honey and 1 tbsp of each sesame seeds, poppy seeds, caraway seeds, fennel seeds, nigella seeds.

For the horseradish cream : 50g fresh horseradish, grated , 10ml white wine vinegar or lemon juice, 200ml crème fraîche , ½ onion, Salt and pepper.
