James Martin served up a tasty Spanish fish stew with beans, garlic, hake and lardons on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 50ml olive oil, 50g lardons, diced, 50g serrano ham, diced, 6 cloves of garlic, sliced, 400g hake cubes, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 50ml white wine, 300g prawns, 400g fish stock, 200g mussels, 200g carlin peas, 100g bread, cubed and 1 small bunch of parsley, chopped.
