James Martin served up tasty roasted scallops in shells with baby vegetables and a cream sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 XL scallops cleaned keep the shells, 4 baby carrots, 4 baby turnips, 2 baby courgettes and 1 baby leek diced.
For the sauce: 25g butter, 50ml white wine, 1 lemon, 75ml fish stock, 100ml double cream and Few chives chopped.
To top: 200g puff pastry and 1 egg yolk for egg wash.
