Mary Berry served up a tasty freezer friendly mac and cheese with Dijon mustard on Mary at 90: A lifetime of Cooking.
The ingredients are: For the macaroni cheese, 150g macaroni pasta, 55g unsalted butter, 55g plain flour, 900ml hot milk, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 55g Parmesan (or vegetarian alternative), coarsely grated, 100g mature cheddar, coarsely grated, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
For the topping: 100g mature cheddar, coarsely grated.
