Lesley Waters served up tasty cheat’s focaccia with sherry prawns, chorizo and tomato ragu on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the focaccia are: 2 sachets easy blend yeast, Approx. 650mls/ 700mls warm water, 680g strong white flour, 2 teaspoons salt, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1½ teaspoons coarse salt, 3 tablespoons olive oil and rosemary sprigs.
