James Martin served up tasty rolled lamb loin and black pudding with garden vegetables and Madeira sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 1.5kg lamb loin with belly attached, 250g black pudding, 1 bulb garlic 1/2d and Few sprigs of rosemary.
For the vegetables: 200g fresh peas, 200g runner beans, sliced, 200g sugar snap peas, chopped, 100g mange tout, chopped, 50g butter and Few sprigs of parsley chopped.
For the sauce: 300ml veal jus, Splash of Madeira and Knob of butter.
