Eton Mess is a classic British dessert that has is roots at Eton College, but how it came to have the name is not clear.

The dessert is quick and easy to make and makes great use of ripe strawberries at the height of summer when they are plentiful.

Nigel use English rose strawberries from Yorkshire in his version of the dessert along with raspberries and Elderflower.
