Jamie Oliver served up a tasty chicken and berry grain bowl with feta, mint and peas on Jamie: Eat Yourself Healthy.
The ingredients are: 2 x 150g skinless free-range chicken breasts, 1 teaspoon ras el hanout, plus extra to serve, olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 lemon, 160g blueberries, 1 x 250g packet of cooked mixed grains, 1 x 400g tin of lentils, 160g frozen peas, ½ a bunch of mint (15g) and 30g feta cheese.
