John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a delicious strawberry flan cake with vanilla and custard on This Morning.
The ingredients for the Sponge are: 4 eggs, 100g caster sugar, 1 heaped tsp vanilla bean paste or essence and 100g self raising flour.
For the topping: 1 x 400g tin of custard, 250g strawberries, not fridge cold, 2 tbsp caster sugar, 300ml double cream, 1 tbsp icing sugar, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or essence and Whole strawberries, to decorate.
