Jimmy Doherty sticky pineapple pork ribs recipe on Jimmy and Shivi’s Farmhouse Breakfast

Jimmy Doherty served up tasty sticky pineapple pork ribs on Jimmy and Shivi’s Farmhouse Breakfast.

The ingredients are: 227g tin pineapple chunks in juice, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 scotch bonnet chilli, roughly chopped, 3 garlic cloves, 4 spring onions roughly chopped, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2tsp allspice powder (ground pimento), 1.5kg Pork ribs individual ribs and 1 tbsp vegetable oil, for roasting.
