James Martin served up a tasty flatbread with broccoli, onion, walnuts, Italian dolcelatte blue cheese and nettle pesto on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the flatbread are: 300g self-raising flour, 100g thick Greek yoghurt, Pinch salt and Water to bring together.
For the topping: 200g dolcelatte, 1 red onion, sliced, 1 bunch purple sprouting broccoli and 100g walnuts.
For the pesto: 100g nettles, blanched, 100g pine nuts, 100ml olive oil and 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 lemon juice and zest.
