John Hooker served up delicious Chocolate and Hazelnut Tart with Creme Fraiche and Honey on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients fro the Hazelnut Pastry are: 200g unsalted butter, 50g hazelnut paste, 170g caster sugar, 60g egg yolk, 60g cold water, 135g corn flour, 300g plain flour, 60g ground hazelnuts and 5g Maldon sea salt, crushed.
For the Tart Mix: 250g dark chocolate 70%, 250g butter, X4 egg yolk, X4 whole egg, 125g caster sugar and 4g Maldon salt.
