John Torode served up a tasty chicken traybake with miso potatoes and mushrooms on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 100g white miso, 50g honey, 1 tbsp light soy, 50ml vodka or sherry or sake, 50ml boiling water, 1 tsp sesame oil, 4 very large potatoes, peeled, 2 large onions, peeled, 20ml vegetable oil, 1 chicken stock cube, 100ml boiling water, 10 chicken things, bone in, skin on, 200g large chestnut or button mushrooms, cut in half, 2 tbsp sesame seeds and 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (optional).
For the spring vegetables: 100g runner beans, sliced on the angle, 100g green beans, sliced on the angle, 5 spears asparagus, sliced on the angle, 100g sugar snaps, kept whole, 150g frozen peas, 50g mange tout, kept whole, 4 spring onions, sliced on the angle, Olive oil, Lemon juice, Salt and freshly ground black pepper
To serve: Large handful of watercress.
