Prue Leith served up a delicious whole banana(skin included) smoothie with yoghurt, cinnamon and maple syrup on Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 2 very ripe bananas, 200ml milk, 200ml Greek or plain yoghurt, 2tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence and 1/2 tsp maple syrup.
