Rustie Lee served up tasty banking BBQ ribs with coleslaw and sweet potato fries on This Morning.
The ingredients for the ribs are: 2 racks of pork ribs (approx. 900g), 1 dessert spoon salt, 3 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper, 1 large onion, chopped, 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
For the sauce: 55g fresh ginger, grated, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons runny honey, 2 tablespoons soft brown sugar, 2 tablespoons tomato puree, 150ml malt vinegar, 600ml water and 2 dessert spoons cornflour, dissolved in approx. 5 dessert spoons cold water.
