Dr Saliha Mahmood-Ahmed served up a tasty and healthy homemade hummus with carrots and cucumber on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients area: 400g tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed, 2 tbsp full-fat Greek-style yoghurt, 1 tbsp tahini, ½ tsp garlic paste (from a jar), 40g pine nuts, toasted, pinch sumac, 1–2 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks and ½ cucumber, cut into sticks.
