James Martin served up delicious Butterfly Cupcakes with whipped cream, Joy Spreads’ Crunchy Pistachio, Crunchy Hazelnut Chocolate and Crunchy Coconut Spreads on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 250g butter, softened, 250g caster sugar, 5 eggs and 250g self-raising flour.
To serve: Joy Spreads – Crunchy Pistachio, Crunchy Hazelnut Chocolate & Crunchy Coconut Spreads, Whipped cream, Raspberries and Icing sugar, to dust.
