Suzanne Mulholland, Joe Swash and Kelly served up a tasty Chinese honey chicken with egg fried rice on Batch From Scratch: Cooking For Less.
The ingredients are: 130 g baby corn, 5 chicken breasts, 350 g frozen sliced peppers, 115 g frozen diced onions, 2 tsp garlic puree, 2 tsp ginger puree, 120 ml runny honey, 180 ml soy sauce and 1 tbsp cornflour.
For the rice: 3 g medium eggs, 2 x 250g pouches microwaveable rice, 4 spring onions, 1 tbsp vegetable oil and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
