Suzanne Mulholland (The Batch Lady) and Joe Swash served up a tasty mac and cheese with rainbow salad and jam jar dressing on Batch From Scratch: Cooking For Less.
The ingredients for the cheese sauce are: 60 g butter, 60 g plain flour, 720 ml semi-skimmed milk, 140 g grated cheddar cheese, 1 tsp english mustard.
For the mac and cheese: 300 g macaroni pasta shells, 250 g cherry tomatoes, 212 g tin of sweetcorn, 90 g grated cheddar, 25 g breadcrumbs.
