James Martin chocolate and pistachio fondant with Granny Gothards ice cream recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up delicious chocolate and pistachio fondants with dark chocolate, salted butter and Granny Gothards ice cream on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients to line the moulds: 15g butter, 1 tbs cocoa powder and 1 tbs finely chopped pistachios.

For the fondants: 125g dark chocolate, 125g butter, 4 eggs, 100g caster sugar and 60g plain flour.

To serve: Cocoa powder to dust and Pistachio ice cream.
