Yvonne Cobb served up a delicious Irish stout chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting on Morning Live.

The ingredients are: 250ml Irish stout (or alcohol free alternative), 250g unsalted butter, 75g cocoa powder, 50g dark chocolate pieces, 400g brown sugar, 150ml sour cream, 2 large eggs, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 275g plain flour, 2½ tsp bicarbonate of soda, 300g cream cheese, 150g icing sugar and 3 tsp of Irish whisky (optional).
