James Martin chicken with Riesling wine, grapes, mushrooms and mash potatoes recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty chicken with Riesling wine, muscat grapes, mushrooms and mash potatoes on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 1x 1.2kg chicken, cut into 8, 25g butter, 3 garlic cloves, crushed, 3 shallots, peeled and halved, 150g pancetta lardons, Fresh thyme, 350g chestnut mushrooms, 750ml Reisling white wine, 500ml chicken stock, Few sprigs tarragon, 4 egg yolks and 100ml double cream.

To serve: Peeled muscat grapes and Mash.
