Georgina Hayden served up a delicious baklava cheesecake with white chocolate, feta, cream cheese and Pistachio on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients for the syrup are: 225g caster sugar, 1 lemon, zest only and 1 tbsp rosewater.
For the cheesecake: 60g unsalted butter, 100g walnuts, chopped, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 250g filo pastry, 200g white chocolate, broken into small pieces, 200g feta, chopped, 280g full-fat cream cheese, 200ml double cream, 3 tbsp runny honey and handful chopped pistachios.
