Kate Austen served up a tasty Sunday Roast Beef Yorkshire puddings, mash potatoes, orange-glazed carrots, cabbage and gravy on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients for the fillet of Beef are: 2 x fat end 250g fillet steaks, 250g unsalted butter, diced, Thyme, Garlic and Fine sea salt.

For the Yorkshire Puds: Plain flour, Happy eggs, Full fat milk and Goose fat.

For the Mashed Potatoes: 1kg Maris Piper potatoes, peeled, 250g unsalted butter, 600g double cream, Splash of milk, 1 jar of horseradish cream (optional) and Fresh stick horseradish, finely grated (optional).

For the Orange Carrots: 600g carrot juice, 600g orange juice, 250g unsalted butter, 1 tbsp toasted coriander seeds and Bunch of carrots, washed and peeled.

For the cabbage: 1 savoy cabbage, de cored and chiffonade, 250g unsalted butter and 2 garlic cloves.
