Kate Jenkins chocolate brownies two ways (traditional brownie traybake or softer brownie “dough” baked in a skillet) with Vanilla ice cream on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 125g unsalted butter, 75g dark chocolate, minimum 70% cocoa solids, broken into pieces, 250g caster sugar, ½ tsp vanilla extract, 75g plain flour, ½ tsp baking powder and 2 free-range eggs.
Vanilla ice cream, to serve.
