Lisa Faulkner serve up tasty fish finger tacos with potato wedges, tomato salsa, guacamole and cucumber on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 12 frozen fish fingers, Smoked paprika and 4 tortilla wraps.
For the guacamole: 2 avocadoes and ½ lime.
For the tomato salsa:: 6 ripe tomatoes, finely diced, 1 small red onion, peeled and finely diced, ½ lime and Drizzle of olive oil.
For the wedges: 1kg medium maris piper potatoes, each cut into 6-8 wedges, Olive oil, Smoked paprika, Salt and pepper.
To serve: ½ cucumber, peel into ribbons using a vegetable peeler, 1 lime and 150ml sour cream.
