Si King served up tasty Yorkshire pudding wrap with sirloin steak and onion gravy on This Morning.
The ingredients for the Yorkshire pudding batter are: 150g plain flour, Pinch salt, 4 free-range eggs, beaten, 250ml milk and 1½ tbsp beef dripping or lard.
For the onion gravy: 25g butter, 2 large onions, thinly sliced, 2 bay leaves, Dollop of yeast extract, 25g plain flour, 600ml beef stock, Few thyme sprigs, Dash Worcestershire sauce and Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
For the beef: 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tsp crushed black peppercorns, 1 tsp salt and 500g sirloin steak, at room temperature.
To serve: Watercress and slices pickles.
