Ken Hom pork and broccoli stir fry with peppers and steam rice recipe on Jamie’s £1 Wonders

Ken Hom serve up a tasty pork and broccoli stir fry with peppers and steam rice on Jamie’s £1 Wonders and money Saving Meals.

The ingredients are: 400g pork loin (steaks), 2 teaspoons light soy sauce, 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil, 2 teaspoons Shaoxing rice wine or dry sherry, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 2 teaspoons cornflour, 300g red or green pepper, 225g broccoli, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons groundnut or peanut oil, 150ml chicken stock or water, 40g spring onion, sliced, white part only, for garnish and 3 tablespoons oyster sauce.

For the steam rice: enough long-grain rice to fill a glass measuring jug to 400ml level and 600ml water.
