Jamie Oliver air fryer stuffed apples and custard with stem ginger, flaked almonds and fruit bread on Jamie’s £1 Wonders.
The ingredients are: 4 small eating apples, 25g mixed dried fruit, 25g stem ginger balls in syrup, 25g flaked almonds, 25g demerara sugar, 1 pinch of ground cinnamon, 50g soft unsalted butter, 4 small slices of fruit bread or brioche and 1 x 400g tin of custard.
