Jamie Oliver served up tasty teardrop gnocchi with leftover ham and onions on Jamie’s £1 Wonders.
The ingredients are: 100g leftover cooked ham, plus leftover fat or olive oil, 400g plain flour, 3 large free-range eggs, 300ml semi-skimmed milk, 1 whole nutmeg, for grating, 12 fresh sage leaves, 3 sprigs of fresh oregano, ½ a leftover cooked ham, 250ml leftover ham hock broth and 60g Parmesan cheese.
