Jamie Oliver served up tasty easy stuffed dumplings with meat and vegetable filling on Jamie’s £1 Wonders and Money Saving Meals.
The ingredients are: 500g plain flour, a few sprigs of soft fresh herbs, such as mint, parsley, celery leaves and extra virgin olive oil.
For the vegetable filling: 220g baking potato, 200g frozen spinach, 100g chard, 40g Cheddar cheese and 150g cottage cheese.
For the meat filling: ½ teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 heaped teaspoon coriander seeds, ½ teaspoon fennel seeds, 125g higher-welfare pork mince, 125g higher-welfare beef mince and 1 onion.
