Jamie Oliver served up a tasty chicken shish kebab with natural yoghurt, garlic, cucumber and couscous on Jamie’s £1 Wonders and Money Saving Meals.
The ingredients are: 6 free-range skinless, boneless chicken thighs, 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt, plus extra to serve, 2 teaspoons baharat spice mix, plus extra to serve, olive oil, 1 bulb of garlic, 2 red onions, 2 lemons and 1 x 400g tin of chickpeas.
