James Martin roasted fish with sea purslane and river Exe mussels recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a tasty roasted fish (cod) with sea purslane and river Exe mussels on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 1kg mussels and 4 x 200g cod portions.

For the sauce: 50ml olive oil, 1 shallot diced, 100g lardons diced, 100g serrano ham diced, 2 cloves garlic sliced, 150ml white wine, 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 2 slices Toasted sourdough cut into squares, Selection of sea herbs and Few sprigs parsley chopped.
