Ainsley Harriott served up delicious PB&J brownies with chocolate, peanut butter and raspberry jam on Ainsley’s Fantastic Flavours.

The ingredients are: 200g good quality dark chocolate, broken into small chunks, 200g butter, diced, 3 large eggs, 130g caster sugar, 130g soft light brown sugar, 170g plain flour, 50g milk chocolate chips, 80g smooth peanut butter, melted in a microwave for about 10-15 seconds, 80g raspberry jam, heated in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to loosen and 2 tbsp roughly chopped salted peanuts.
