James Martin served up a delicious Orange and Lemon Sussex Pond Pudding with clotted cream on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 225g self rising flour, 100g suet and 150ml water approximately.
For the filling: 1 orange, 2 lemons, 150g butter diced and 150g light brown sugar.
To serve: Clotted cream.
