Sheree Murphy Chicken Pot Pie recipe on Ainsley’s Fantastic Flavours

Sheree Murphy served up a tasty Chicken Pot Pie on Ainsley’s Fantastic Flavours.

The ingredients are: 4 chicken breasts, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, ½ teaspoon onion granules, ½ teaspoon garlic granules, 4 rashers of bacon, 4 Tablespoon unsalted butter, 1½ cup chopped carrots, 1½ cup sliced celery, 1 large yellow onion, diced, 1 shallot, diced finely, 8-10 cloves garlic, minced finely, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, ¼ teaspoon turmeric, optional, 1 Tablespoon of EACH fresh chopped thyme, rosemary, & sage, ½ cup dry white wine, ½ cup plain flour, 2 ¼ cups chicken stock or 1 cup milk and 1½ cups frozen peas.

For the puff pastry topping: 1 pack puff pastry cut into 3 inch squares and 1 large egg.
