Juliet Sear served up a delicious sugar free Carrot cake with orange, pistachios and yoghurt on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 300g soft brown sugar free alternative , 300g sunflower oil , 6 medium eggs, 240g grated carrot, 237g sultanas, 3 oranges, zested , 1 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 1 tbsp ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp ground ginger, 3/4 tsp sea salt and 300g self raising flour.
To decorate (optional): 250g full-fat Greek yogurt, 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract, 1 orange and 15g pistachios, chopped.
