Jamie Oliver served up a tasty dosa pancake with roasted vegetables, dal, fenugreek seeds and rice Jamie’s £1 Wonders and Money-Saving Meals.
The ingredients are: 150g white urid dal, 300g basmati rice, 2 tablespoons fenugreek seeds, 2 red onions, 2 peppers, 2 potatoes (150g each), 2 sweet potatoes (250g each), olive oil, 5cm piece of ginger, 3 tomatoes, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 fresh red chillies, 2 teaspoons cumin seeds, 2 teaspoons mustard seeds, 1 knob of unsalted butter and ½ a bunch of fresh coriander (15g).
