Tim Lovejoy served up a delicious chocolate and chia pots with berries on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 75g of chia seeds, 250ml of almond milk, 250ml of tinned coconut milk, 50g of cocoa powder, 30ml of maple syrup (or to taste), 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 2 tablespoons of vegan milk chocolate chopped into nibs.
Serve with berries.
