James Martin served up a delicious Marmalade Roly Poly with Clotted Cream and custard on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 250g self rising flour, 125g suet, Pinch of salt and 150ml milk.
For the filling: 1 jar of marmalade or 1 jar of jam.
To serve: Caramel Clotted cream and Custard.
