Gurdeep Loyal served up a tasty fig caprese with frozen grated pickles salad on Saturday kitchen.
The ingredients are: 2 large Mozzarella or Burrata, 6 ripe figs, cut into 4, 2 tbsp olive oil, small bunch fresh basil, leaves left whole, 1 large pickled gherkins (or jalapenos), frozen and pinch sea salt.
