Gurdeep Loyal served up a delicious berry sea moss chia pudding with fruit coulis on Saturday kitchen.
The ingredients for the chia pudding are: 150g blackberries, blueberries or strawberries, 200ml oat milk, 85g coconut yoghurt, 1 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup, 2 tbsp strawberry sea moss gel, 100g chia seeds, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 40g coconut chips, to garnish and 100g raspberries, to garnish.
For the fruit coulis and topping: 150g fresh raspberries, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp strawberry sea moss gel.
