Gurdeep Loyal served up a delicious pear and plum chocolate butter crumble on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients for the filling are: 2 large ripe pears, cored and 1cm diced, 6 ripe plums, destoned and 1cm diced, 3 tbsp dark brown sugar, 1 tbsp cornflour, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste and 50g hazelnuts, chopped toasted.
For the chocolate butter crumble: 125g jumbo oats, 125g einkhorn flour, 4 tbsp dark brown sugar, 4 tbsp demerara sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp fine salt and 185g chocolate butter, cubed.
