James Martin served up tasty pork ribs with a sticky orange and Szechuan glaze on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 pork ribs.

For the Sauce: 75ml dark soy sauce, 150g sugar, 75ml Shaoxing wine, 2 red chillies diced, 1 tsp Szechuan peppercorns, crushed, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 2 pieces lemongrass, sliced thinly, 1 knob ginger, peeled and chopped finely and 1 orange, juice and zest.
