Pip Lacey served up tasty Italian Fennel Sausages with Radicchio, Red Wine, Orange, Walnuts, Raisins and Herbs on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 Radicchio, 50g Golden raisins (hydrated), 2 Juicing oranges, 1 bunch Parsley, 1 bunch Chives, 1 bunch Basil, 1 Shallot, Celery leaves, 50g Walnuts, 1 tbsp Icing sugar, 1 tsp Wholegrain mustard, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 200ml Cabernet sauvignon vinegar, 400ml Red wine and Extra virgin olive oil.
