James Martin served up a delicious chocolate and hazelnut choux ring with flaked almonds on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the choux are: 400ml water, 170g butter, 230g plain flour, pinch salt and 6 medium free-range eggs.
For the filling: 1L double cream, whipped, 150g chocolate hazelnut spread and 1 tsp vanilla bean paste.
To finish: 200g caster sugar, 50g flaked almonds and 50g chopped toasted hazelnuts.
