James Martin served up a tasty Chicken Milanese with Deep Fried Sprouts and Chestnuts on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 chicken breasts, 2 eggs, 100g plain four, seasoned, 100g panko, 250g butter and A sprig rosemary.
For the sprouts: 200g sprouts, halved, A spray of malt vinegar and Vegetable oil for frying.
To serve: Radicchio, Watercress, Lemon wedges and Fresh chestnuts.
